Jessy is a strategic and change communications specialist with expertise across a range of sectors, including health, communication, transport, energy and technology. Her work centres on helping organisations navigate change - from complex workplace transformation and new ways of working to refreshed operating models and technology adoption.
Partnering with executives, project teams and communications functions, Jessy translates complexity into clear messaging, building alignment and supporting employees through periods of uncertainty. Jessy has worked with major government agencies, regulators and high-growth organisations, supporting leaders to communicate change thoughtfully and effectively.
Simpatico AI (part of the global Microsoft for Startups program) developed an AI-powered mental health knowledge agent for Microsoft Copilot and needed a communications strategy to bring employees along on the journey. I designed internal change and onboarding communications for client trials and worked alongside tech leads and executives to build a curated knowledge library of mental health resources and diagnostic tools that employees could access at any time.
As EWOV sharpened its strategic focus on consumer and market outcomes, I was engaged to audit and modernise the communications function. I conducted a review of EWOV's tools, channels, team structure and analytics, benchmarking against comparable regulatory bodies. I delivered a practical, multi-year strategy to lift brand awareness, modernise EWOV's approach and strengthen channel performance across its external communications.
